The hotel lobby staff are very friendly and very helpful. The location is comfortable and safe in a housing complex. The room is clean, there is a TV, AC, hot and cold shower, toilet, wifi, everything works. Parking is safe, the gate is closed at night, there is a guard 24 hours. Very near to toll road. Suitable for transit when on road trip with surabaya as transit city. fast check in service and fast check out. Below have coffee shop and fast food, quite convenient.

POP! Hotel Diponegoro Surabaya

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!

BATIQA Hotel Darmo - Surabaya

The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Shoutout to staff Kak Rizky from FnB department, very helpful and so nice at the same time.
