No problem with check-in process, the staffs were friendly. The room was clean and ok -just like the picture. One special thing is they wash all of guest cars the next morning. I like it

Ever thinking to stay your weekend holiday in a full old-styled artistic & luxurious colonial hotel details hospitality in the heart of city ? If you do, this Hotel Besar is the only right place when you arrive Purwokerto. We had 3-days weekend holiday staying here on late of April 2018 (Friday evening until Sunday morning) and it was awesome. We found clean & fresh environment with a beauty garden in center of building. Hot shower water worked well as room air-conditioned and flat tivi served good. Wifi coverage connection was a bit terrible as our room in the back of center garden nearby was difficult to access. Breakfast menus are advised to be more varied & served a bit quick.

It's comfortable and clean. It's very good for it's cheap price.

My experience is very pleasant because Tiara Hotel & Resort is clean, cool, very good breakfast with economical prices, very premium quality and I will make Tiara Hotel & Resort a place for lodging that I must visit every time to Purwokerto.

Friendly staff, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, smooth shower water, smooth wifi, towels and toiletries provided, free breakfast too. There is free hot water for coffee and you can fill up with mineral water 👍 Spacious parking lot, the hotel's position is close to the city center/strategic, I will definitely stay here again if I go to Purwokerto
