I stayed for 1 night, attending a friend's wedding that happened at the same hotel. There was no expectation, and we (me and hubby) choose it because of the venue of the wedding ... as not to complicate things, it's better to stay where the wedding venue was. Came without any expectation, we were surprised with a delicious welcoming chocolate cake in the room. Room was pool-side view which was eye-refreshing ... and what I liked most was the bed, the bed, and the bed ... hihi. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Breakfast was also awesome .. lots of variety of food and beverages, unfortunately I could not find local specific (Lampung) food. I think Lampung has it's own specific dishes ... like tekwan? mpek2? otak2? Anyway ... overall, it's a five starts stay for me. Thank you Emersia ... we plan to return with the kids and my parents for a family holidays.

Absolutely love this place! From the moment I arrived, I felt the calm and comfortable vibe. The room was clean, fragrant, and tidy. Even though there were a lot of guests, the atmosphere was still cool and quiet, making it a great place to rest or just relax. The service was also great, the staff was polite and responsive. I got a room on the 6th floor, there is an elevator to the room, so it's nice not to get tired. The room is quite spacious, the window faces out so you can see the view around the hotel, the room is comfortable & clean. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. The best in my opinion💖💯

Golden Tulip Springhill Lampung
My second stay at Hotel Golden Tulip Springhill was just as amazing as the first! The service remains top-notch, the rooms are cozy and clean, and the breakfast selection is still fantastic.
The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, especially Nabiila, who made my stay extra comfortable. With such excellent hospitality, I will definitely continue to choose this hotel whenever I visit Bandar Lampung.

The room was clean and had an exceptional view of the city skyline—perfect for watching the sunset. I also tried the hotel’s food, which was quite satisfying and served promptly. The atmosphere inside the room was cozy, with large windows that made the space feel open and bright. Definitely a pleasant experience for a short stay.
