The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was having allergic reactions and needed to buy medicine. The staff was willingly delivering the medicine from the lobby to my room (which was hard to request in some hotels). The area of the hotel smelled really good as well and super clean!! It was a brief stay on my way to take my eldest back to her ‘pondok’ … and parting with her has never been easy. Thanks to very kind and helpful staff members who assisted since I arrived (after 5hrs of traffic jams) up until I had a difficult time ordering a taxi to go to the train station after I checked out. Oh plus the superb Iga Bakar as my super late dinner, a room service menu delivered in a blink. All that makes it a very comforting transit, I must say!
