Had a pleasant stay at Flat06 Cipete. Both type of room are well designed, they were very comfortable. The best part is the kitchen - they offer vary cooking utilities. But maybe Flat06 needs an improvement on their bathroom. It was a bit smelly. Overall, great! Planning on staying at Flat06 in the near future

The room exceeded my expectation, and just same exactly as how they put it on here. They have flexible check in late from 2pm-12am (if I’m not mistaken), so it was comfortable to know that I’d be fine to arrive late for getting my stuffs done first. It was very close to Blok M Plaza and the MRT station which is very convenience for anyone who needs to travel further than Blok M or Melawai area that can be reached by boarding the MRT. The room was super clean and neat, room service was excellent, and all staffs were super friendly. Although that I might suggest to the hotel that it will be better if you have put the bar for the aircon so it won’t look so unprepared to the guest and will be seen better (as seen on the picture I posted). And maybe fix the lamp near the entrance door also repaint some water spots on the ceiling on the room and bathroom to have it look more luxury. Other than those, I can say it is very recommended for you to stay. Keep it up and thank you for the great service!

This is my umpteenth staycation at Cove Urbaneir 😍 With friendly staff service, clean environment, super comfortable rooms plus there is Netflix and there is also a coffee shop in front. Overall, it is highly recommended for you guys to staycation or stay overnight when there is an event. With a price that is worth it and very-very affordable with good and comfortable rooms and facilities 🤗.

Great, I've stayed here twice.
Check-in is easy, staff is friendly, facilities are well-functioning, close to Indomaret, walking distance to the MRT, and the atmosphere is peaceful.
There's a public restaurant upstairs that you can order directly from your room using a barcode.
It's like a co-living boarding house, and for the price of 200,000 Rupiah, it's really good.

As a woman solo traveler, I feel safe to know that this hotel is syariah. The staff are friendly and informative, the room isn’t that large but it is clean and comfortable, the view from my room (4th floor, 404) is comforting at night, the bathroom also clean and smells really good. The hot water works just fine and fast. Though it was hard to take my 15kg luggage to the 4th floor since there’s no lift but, it’s okay. Just think of it as a sport.
Might be come back to book again if I have plans to go to Jakarta in the future. Thank you very much!

I stayed for one night at the hotel to attend my son's engagement party, which was held in one of the ballrooms at Arosa. To my surprise, everything exceeded expectations—the food and catering were excellent, and the ballroom was well-equipped with supporting facilities such as a sound system and LCD screen.
The staff were also very cooperative and accommodating. For example, I requested to store the engagement cakes in their chiller, and they kindly assisted without hesitation.
