One of the best experiences that we had in Batu Malang, the hotel is a resort like, reminds me of Bali Ubud vibes which is very quiet and peaceful. The room is spacious and clean, the design is very aesthetic, and the bathroom is spacious. The parking lot is spacious, the location is easy to find, and the hospitality of the staff is excellent… Really love our one night stay in Hanoman.

The hotel is really good, the room is spacious, clean, the bed is twin with a queen size bed, you can imagine how big the bed is. The staff is also friendly and fast. The hotel's location is also very strategic, right across from the Batu mayor's official residence, the swimming pool is also clean and well-maintained with a depth level that is just right for children, but maybe a little suggestion, the cafe or ex-cafe around the swimming pool should be tidied up a bit more to make it better, but overall 👍👍👍👍

Don't need any AC, because the weather already cold. The bathroom is clean *this is the most important part* The room is cozy. And they plan to add some room up to 3 or 4 level where you can see the beautiful view from up there. The staff are all friendly and helping.

The Onsen Hot Spring Resort Batu
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Shout out to Ms. Abel for being patient with us while we try the traditional costumes. The whole place is relaxing and enjoyable, just being one with nature. Will definitely come back.
