Staying at the Livin Hotel Family Room is comfortable and spacious. The rooms are spacious with a living room, kitchenette, and two beds (a large and a small). There are two bathrooms, a refrigerator, complete toiletries, and working hot and cold water. An added bonus is parking right in front of the room (when it's not busy). Public facilities are also excellent, including swimming pools for adults and children. The location is strategic, close to Gembira Loka Zoo, and there are easy access to food vendors nearby. It's perfect for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff is all friendly, and you can leave your belongings after checkout. The hostel is clean, with towels and slippers provided, and free-flow drinking water, tea, and coffee. There's a prayer room. The location is excellent, close to the Tugu Monument, Kranggan Market, Kotabaru, and more. There are plenty of places to hang out and eat nearby. Easy access everywhere.

It feels like I found a hidden gem, the villa is comfortable, clean, there are also many rooms, it's very suitable if you come in a group, the staff is also helpful, it's just that the place is a bit into a small alley, if you use a big car you have to park in a public parking lot so you have to walk a bit to the villa. So far everything is the best👍🏼 highly recommend staying here

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the room is comfortable, there are large windows directly facing the street, the vibe is like that of a luxury hotel, especially the atmosphere at night.

Yesterday, we had a family event at Pelem Sewu, the cottage was very comfortable. Our children were swimming and grilling, we brought our own equipment, we were lent a place near the swimming pool while still maintaining cleanliness and order. The hotel is very comfortable. The staff are friendly and prompt in providing service. The rooms are neat, clean, and fragrant. The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, and water dispenser (both hot and cold). The bathroom is clean. There's a balcony too.

With affordable prices, comfortable rooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows. Clean sheets, pillow sheets and bed covers are clean. The bathroom is also clean. The water heater also works well. There is a prayer room too. In the back there is a seating area for guests and coffee, sugar, glasses, plates and spoons are provided. So it is quite comfortable. Parking is also spacious. In front of the hotel there are food stalls too. Stalls are also close by. So it is comfortable to go anywhere.

I've stayed here twice, and what keeps me coming back is the extremely friendly service, the quiet location, and the lack of traffic noise, even though it's located in a big city like Yogyakarta. It's perfect for those looking for a peaceful stay.
