It's close to Minggiran Field, perfect for afternoon exercise, and easy access to food and shopping.
The neighborhood is residential but quiet.
It's easy to find due to its unique building.
The hotel grounds are fun and relaxing, perfect for hanging out and enjoying a coffee!

This was my first time staying like I was in my own family's home, welcomed in a friendly manner. Fulfilled all needs for a comfortable stay and served with care by all staff. The atmosphere is like being in the countryside, awakened by the chaos of birds, open the window directly to the swimming pool with a romantic atmosphere and the breakfast is always a winner. Simple, really nice rope. Thank You.

Strategic location close to the city center, enter the alley the environment is quiet not too noisy, close to the market just walk. The market at night becomes a culinary place with many choices of food. The car park fits about 3 cars, there is a kitchen and prayer room on the 1st floor, there is a water dispenser on the 1st and 2nd floors. Fast internet connection, smart TV works well. I ordered a room measuring 18m2, the room was spacious, clean, fragrant, and provided with chairs, tables, and a cupboard. Towels and toiletries are also provided. AC and hot water work well. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Just a suggestion, the ventilation at the top of the door can be closed with mica plastic so that the cold AC doesn't come out through there so as not to waste electricity.
Overall, staying here is recommended and satisfying. Thank you.

This cozy homey place is on the 1st list to stay in the center of Jogja. You might want to staycation here. Huge fans for the trees! Morning's bird songs? It's real here, for the birds are there in the trees and we can actually enjoy them from the front yard. Its cafe is a gem for coffee addicts! Mas Fajar and its owner are kind, friendly and helpful in many ways. I love them immediately! My 5 kids love this place in an instant! I definitely will choose this place again to stay with my family.

I really enjoy staying at Hotel Duta Garden. The atmosphere is very beautiful, there are two swimming pools, a beautiful garden, plus in front of the room there is a fish pond. Strategic location, can walk / pedicab to the southern square or prawirotaman. Breakfast is also quite complete. Moreover the service is excellent, I left the jacket, and they send it to jakarta. Friendly Room at Garser Homestay
Strategic location, if you want to go to Yogyakarta Palace, just walk and get there and it's only about a 7 minute walk. Friendly staff, comfortable place. Feels like staying at grandma's house 😀. If I go to Jogja again, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is very strategic, just a short walk to tourist attractions.
The room is very comfortable, the bathroom and room are clean, the hot water works, the AC is cold, and all the facilities are functioning.
The swimming pool is clean.
The staff is very friendly.
In the evening, they serve fried noodles, coffee, snacks, etc. at affordable prices and the food is delicious.
(My son even wants a house and a room like this inn.)
This inn is highly recommended.
We stayed here for 2 nights.
If we go to Yogyakarta again, we will stay here.
