Room is excellent and spacious. Hotel is clean. Staffs are cooperative. Location is near from city center. Very recommended place to stay at Medan.

The security was helpful every time we parked the car. The food, especially lontong Medan, was delicious. If there is cereal, having it with milk would be best. Water dispensers around the room were some of the best. Please maintain your hospitality; thank you for the service!

I chose to stay at this Hotel due to its location near the airport train station. The hotel is clean and the room design is cool. The food is also quite tasty and has a lot of variety.

The room is quite enough for two person, the bathroom is clean and the hot water is working well. What I like is the coridor was clean, smell good, and they have connecting music while I am refil the water. So this is my first time find a Big Hotel with water dispenser coridor/outside the room, mostly in hostel/homestay. That was good so you will never ever thirsty in room when you forgot to buy mineral water outside. 8/10 for overall.
