It feels like you are in a big Nusa Dua Hotel in Bali. We love the very big and well-maintained garden, the infinity pool, the greenery, the gazebo, all are superb. They have Tukik (baby turtles) release programme 2x a day, excellent to raise awareness on sealife. The foods during breakfast have lots of selection, and they offer local foods and sweets as well. All taste good. We will come back to stay here if we are in the BWI area.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel area is nice, clean, appreciate the many options for dining in-hotel. Overall the highlight is how prompt and helpful the staff were!

Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

Went to this hotel for transit before we go to Bali. Our room was upgraded for free, and the room was clean and pretty big. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good & assorted cake was delicious! Definetely would stay here again.

Perhaps the best place to stay in Jajag. Rooms were spacious and clean with AC and en-suite bathroom. The hotel has a large pool and a very good restaurant serving very good quality Indonesian and Chinese food. The lumpia is recommended. A buffet breakfast was served by the pool.

We stayed at type Villa at 3B for 3 days. It's clean as in picture, direct sunrise view, and in front of Ketapang harbor. Staffs are kind, helpful, and always ready to fulfill our needs during our stay.

Very nice resort near Ijen. The late checkout at 12 allows visiting Ijen in the night / early morning, be back for breakfast, and even take a few hours of sleep. The big swimming pool was a plus, very nice to recover from the very warm temperature.

An amazing hotel in an amazing location. Really enjoyed the stay at Dailoog. The hotel is sleek and modern, and the view from the room was amazing (looking across the strait to Bali). The pool area was great for chilling out with cold beer late in the afternoon. Meals were very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This hotel is highly recommended.
