The staff welcomed myself with a smile and assisted me in carrying my baggage, which is great because I came by myself. The room is clean and warm, considering the rainy season. Air conditioning works well, and you can also get natural air when you open the glass door. Mini mart, supermarket, Kuta beach, local and international restaurants are close by to the accommodation.

Very unique villa with breathtaking view of 3 Gilis and mountains... Perfect for catching the sunset.. Secluded, quite far away from the city centre, but great for escape from hustle bustle.. Natural experience and eco friendly type of villa, you may find insects here and there (at least, they didn't harm me!) The windows on the bathroom area are open hole and only covered by blind, some of you may find this uncomfortable.. The hot water didn't work but it is okay to take a bath with cold water since the weather is hot...

Novotel Lombok Resort & Villas

It was a wonderful experience we hopefully do again soon. The resort is beautiful and serene. It has its own private beach with water activities and many cabanas being offered. We stayed at the Superior, the room was comfortable despite the fact there was not so much amenities. The service was very friendly, fast and accommodating. Pak Ali, who also drove our shuttle from the airport was very helpful and informative in how we could enjoy our first trip to Lombok. He was also very attentive. He was one reason we had a very memorable stay at Novotel Lombok. Thank you Novotel! We will be back and curious to experience their villa.

Batatu Resort (Adults Only)

It is very happy to stay for 2 days in Batatu Villas. The enviroment around and inside of villa was very clean. And their staff very nice. More easy for you to stay in villa because they create temporary whatsapp group and it makes good communication and good service during your stays. Hope that Batatu can keep this facility or developed their service for future. Including maintain the building of villa, so Batatu can be the best resort in Mandalika

Nice & clean hotel. The rooms are super spacious. The hotel staff is friendly & helpful. The fried noodles are delicious. To Kuta Mandalika beach just 800 meters away, just walk. Around the hotel are many cafes & restaurants. Recommended lah anyway!
