The first day my husband felt itchy sleeping on his bed and asked to change the sheets and the receptionist's response was very good, we were offered to change rooms with a larger and very comfortable room size. Friendly apartment staff, ready 24 hours and very helpful. The room is comfortable plus it happens to get a view of Mount Tangkuban Parahu and the beautiful Ciumbuleuit landscape. Even if you choose a room without breakfast, don't worry, because there are many food stalls around the apartment. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The receptionist stays 24 hours and there is a security guard on guard. When I first came here I checked in late, I was only able to check in at 11pm and was still well served. Given a room according to request on the floor. 1. Suitcases and bags were also brought. They provide kitchen facilities with free refills for drinking water in the dispenser. You can also buy food at this hotel which is affordable, because it doesn't provide breakfast. They also have laundry services at quite cheap prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water is on, the shower water is also strong, the toilet flushes are also safe, clean fragrant white towels are provided and the amenities are liquid soap + toothbrush. The service was very good, I left my suitcase to spend the night in Lembang and was allowed one day free, because the next day I continued to stay there again. Trustworthy and safe. Then, when I needed a helmet, I was given to borrow Aa's too. That's very good. Very satisfied! The rooms also match those in the photos

The room size is okay, also comfortable for wfa, the room is clean, the bathroom even though it is outside is also clean & fragrant, no AC but cool enough to need a blanket. The location is okay, there is an Alfamart below it and it is close to everywhere. Worth the price🙏🏻

The hotel is absolutely stunning. From the moment you enter, you're captivated by the eye-catching architecture, and greeted by friendly service. The rooms are clean and have a unique concept. You can stream Netflix and have a hairdryer provided. The hotel has a modern feel, but there are still plenty of plants everywhere. The hotel staff is friendly, especially Ms. Mergie, who is very welcoming and helpful. The location is strategic, clean, and fragrant. The standard rooms are not too big. The food is delicious and there are quite a lot of choices. The indoor pool is very clean, although not very large. This hotel is recommended for healing. If you want to shop, just cross the street to PVJ. There are also many snacks around the hotel.

Thank God, very satisfying.
The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was very quick, even though it was only 1 p.m., but we were allowed to come in.
The cleanliness of the room and the environment was maintained, and the atmosphere was beautiful and pleasant.
