The staff and security were very friendly and helpful. The room is large, clean, and has a nice view of the town. The tower has a great view with a pool and mushola area. The murottal and adzan sounds are like in the Mecca Madinah hotel. The restaurant has many delicious menus. Thanks for the free welcoming ice cream for our child. See you next time.

Very spacious, neat, and most importantly clean. Always cleaned. Easy access and lots of snacks across the hotel. Staying for a week is very comfortable. Free parking if you report your vehicle plate. And worth it for the price. Awesome

This is my second stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, check-in is quick and easy, the amenities are complete, and the breakfast is quite tasty, although not very varied. The strategic location is close to the Pasteur toll gate, Botanica Mall, and offers access to North Bandung. The air conditioning is super cool, the TV channels are good, and the bathroom is clean. It's a comfortable place to relax with the family.

Due to time constraints, I booked a room without breakfast, so I am unable to comment on the hotel’s meals. Nevertheless, my overall experience was excellent, and I had no complaints at all during my stay. An industrial-style hotel, clean and comfortable, with friendly service, a smart TV, and good Wi-Fi. I was allowed to borrow an iron and leave my luggage there when it was time to check out. If you're visiting the Pasteur area of Bandung, definitely try Moonstone. Thank you, Moonstone.

The room was clean and comfortable, the AC worked normally, and the bathroom also had a water heater, so you didn't have to worry about warm water when you shower in the morning. The staff was also kind and helpful when there were Wi-Fi issues. Overall, it was really worth it. I'll be back here again next time I go on vacation 😸😼👍🏻
