The hotel staff are very helpful with quick treatment when complaints arise. The location is very strategic, 2 km from Bekasi Train Station, shopping mall nearby, and close to Becakayu Toll road for private vehicle users. The food was very pleasant during my stay. Recommended for business trip stay or even holiday stay.

Thank you, the hotel is comfortable and nice. The staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast food is quite good, with a decent variety. The pool is quite large, cool, and has lots of trees, and is open until 8 p.m. I requested birthday decorations for my 11-year-old son. The staff was very helpful, responsive, and willing to accommodate our requests. When my son saw the room, he was super happy to see the beautiful decor. One day, he will come back again.

The room is very comfortable... It is quite spacious and feels like staying in an apartment because it is attractively arranged... There is already a refrigerator, dispenser, kitchen set, large wardrobe. The bathroom is very nice and there is a shower with hot water... The food in the restaurant menu is complete, cheap and delicious... Next time I will stay here again.. Maintain the service and comfort of the hotel, okay?

cool ah, the waiter is friendly and polite

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
