The hotel was great. I love its ambiance. A chill place to spend with your love. The service was great as well. I had an enjoyable stay.

For 3 days stay in here it's really comfort. Recommended for you guys.

The hotel is close to the street so it was easy to find. The rooms are quite nice but there is no view and sunlight since the window is facing inward. We had lunch in one of the restaurant but it took almost an hour for the food to be served and quit pricy. Overall it was an OK hotel but not for a staycation.

My stay is perfect first they upgraded my room more than I expected and they have kids facilities as advertised; staff are friendly and helpful. Thank you a million times.

The best Bali vacation ever thanks to RIMBA and Ayana. The staffs were amazing, they upgraded my room and gave me a complimentary, decadent chocolate ganache (it was my birthday). The private beaches were pristine and other facilities like scheduled trams and a myriad of pools made it all the more worth it. :)

There is good location, just in villa especially bathroom are a lot of mosquitoes also uncomfortable bed for sleep. Honestly for family staycation really accordance. They have more space to capture your moment during stay there. Overall awesome 😎

Great hotel for family with kids. It's easy to get any kind of food, since Movenpick is integrated with The Samasta. Breakfast was so-so. My kids love the kids club and sandy pool. Although they only allowed kids to play for 1 hour at kids club.

we're all so happy stay at Ayana.. this is our second visit..1 night is not enough I think..we would always remember for: - the very very spectacular view of Ocean which we remember all the time.. and nice garden - complimentary upgrade to the nice private pool villa - the nice service from pak Ade our butler - the nice service from loyal employees @ayana, they all know our name, its a plus value for their hospitality - easy access to rock bar cafe - the nice private kubu white sandy beach we'll be back at our next visit..thank you Ayana
