Good place,clean and comfortable

Well, the hotel is really nice, and it's still on the main street, which means you don't need to get into any extreme tiny streets. The view is beautiful with nice fresh air. Just a suggestion: focus a bit more on the breakfast. Overall, great place to stay.

Everything in here is amazing. The staff is very helpful, the ambiance is super peaceful, the room is spacious and comfortable, the pool is 10/10. I must say this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely coming back soon!

It's a first time I stayed in a hotel in Puncak. Casa Monte Rosa is a very good hotel. Clean room, big, friendly staff, wonderful views, the price for what I see, it's wooow.. Thanks🌹

I had a really pleasant stay here till I decided to extend my stay. my husband and 16 month daughter also enjoyed it too! all staffs are friendly. the weather was perfect, 2 days full of fog and it were truly amazing 2 nights stays for us. definitely will comeback and recommend this hotel to all my friends!

Beautiful place, good service all of the staff there is very welcoming us. Delicious food, we had nasi goreng for breakfast. Wonderful experience for staying in Princess resort Ciloto for several time when we was in Puncak and so glad for recommend this resort to our colleague and everyone.

Great 3-star hotel and good location.

Location is strategic, I love because it's very clean rooms and also big rooms. Facilities ok. Hot water is working good. And also they have free wifi. I thing I will come back to this hotel.

Hotelnya pas buat istirahat dengan suasana yang sejuk dan tenang. Viewnya juga bagus banget. Pelayanannya juga memuaskan. Area olahraganya juga berfungsi dengan baik jadi bisa tetap olahraga sambil berlibur. Pokoknya puas liburan di sini. Next pasti liburan lagi ke sini.
