I actually stay quite long here at this hotel, starting on the 29th of Dec till the 3rd of Jan, to spend my new year. The hotel truly lives up to its name "Spencer Green". I like the green and lush exteriors, with many trees, plants, and flowers. The service is also incredible. The staffs are nice and helpful. But I really must highlight the food. All of them are delicious!! Because I stay on New Year's Eve, I got breakfast + afternoon tea + New Year Dinner. All of them exceed expectation. The variety of the menu, and especially the taste. I really should applaud the Restaurant staffs and the Chef. Great job! My only concern is this hotel's location. It is quite far from the city center. But this also means it is faraway from the hustle and bustle of the traffic. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks Spencer Green!

What a delightful stay! And surely will come back again. The view is authentic yet fresh and calm. The room is huge, with a superb high-quality interior. But. I found the towel was slightly dirty, though I bring my own so it's not a problem. The food is delicious. No boring standard like everyday breakfasts. Everything is on point and tasty. I taste everything from nasi goreng, mie goreng, stir fried veggies, the hash brown is perfect (crispy outside so tender on the inside), and even the sausage is good. Coffee is not bad, but it could do better. And the hygiene could be improved better, I saw the fruit station is not covered properly. Overall. The staff is friendly enough, I like the guy from the front office who advised me to upgrade from superior to deluxe. I forget his name, but he's very friendly and helpful also. The room service is fast. Took only 3 minutes after I hang up my phone, and the mineral water I requested arrived. 👍.

The Hotel was Nice, spacious, clean, the staff also very nice and helpful. The only one that should be add in the room is Air Conditioner because Batu-Malang is not so cold anymore. 😊.

My experience staying here was an interesting hotel because it's old-fashioned but still clean and the building is well-maintained. The cleanliness is good. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome drink of hot tea, and the next morning we were given hot tea and toast around 7:00 AM. Check-in and check-out were also easy and flexible. The staff were friendly, and the location is strategic, close to natural attractions, cafes, and also close to street food and staples. The entrance is only about 50 meters, so it's close and easy to reach, and there's no traffic noise. Recommended, with affordable prices but comfort remains a priority. Thank you, Mustika Hotel.

Very comfortable, the hotel area is clean, suitable for a staycation with family, the location of the room and the windows are just right facing the view of the mountains and residents' houses.

Suitable for the price, great, if I go to Batu I will stay here again

The location is very convenient for healing with family, close to recreation areas in Batu, very clean, clean kitchen, clean rooms, hot water works well, most importantly the view of the hotel makes it comfortable to unwind. My wife and children really enjoyed staying here for 2 days. The parking is also spacious and safe with a gate. What is not to forget is the management is very friendly and helpful. Recommended for family vacations and unwinding from work👍🏻
