The hotel is new and the service is top-notch. The receptionist was friendly and the check-in process was fast. Yesterday I checked in early on Saturday. I came here to celebrate my husband's birthday and my parents' anniversary at the same time. It's just a bit of a shame because I only got 1 free cake. In terms of the room, I'm satisfied with the cleanliness. The swimming pool is warm. You can swim in the morning at 6 when it's quiet. The food is quite complete and delicious. I'm even curious about the coffee. In terms of service in general, hopefully in the future they can provide extra beds and the spa can be opened. Will definitely come here again 🥰 rather than going to Bandung city or Lembang which are quite congested.

Booked on 19-20, planned to swim on Friday. But there was no prior information that the pool couldn't be used because it was via the app 🥲🥲 after checking in. I just came early so I could swim when I arrived. The kids were automatically disappointed. The pool can only be used on the weekend, namely on the following day. Because I came with the intention of swimming on vacation, I was immediately disappointed, not satisfied, I could only swim for 1 day. Apart from that, this hotel is okay.
