Stayed here because of a friend's wedding.. We looked for hotels around Serang and this is the most worth it in terms of price and facilities. The location is also very close to the toll exit, so for those of us who came here for the first time, it was not a hassle to find the place Ambiance/Facilities: The atmosphere is good, like old-fashioned, but the hotel is new Food: The food is delicious, happened to only try breakfast, didn't have time to try the room service Staff Assistance: The staff is very friendly and helpful, borrowing an iron was also delivered to the room Highlights: Good for photos, aesthetically pleasing and lots of photo spots Price: Really worth it in my opinion, Location: Very close to the toll access and the road is easy to pass by car

This is my second time staying here. This time I took 2 rooms because I was with my family and parents. Highly recommended. The atmosphere is comfortable. Spacious parking lot. Clean room. Clean pillow spray. Cold AC. The shower for hot water also works well. Clean towels. Breakfast is in accordance with the HTL category. The taste is quite good. There are herbal medicines available. The location is also good. Because we are from Jakarta, it is closer to the toll road during peak hours. So far this HTL is good. Thank you Le Semar. Hopefully you will be successful and maintain what you already have.

The afternoon shift seems to be replaced by security, huh? Their language is very poor, not reflecting someone who works in hospitality. I simply asked if they could have room service for breakfast. They should have just explained that they couldn't. There's no need to go around saying, "If you're healthy, come straight away unless you're sick and can't walk." The duvet had lots of spots, I don't know if it was used or just not washed properly. The towels were also a dull white. But that's not a problem. The biggest problem was the frontline officer who answered my question.

Everything exceeded expectations, better than the pictures. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The price isn't even 400,000 Rupiah. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff are friendly. The food is delicious. It's worth it. If the price stays that way, I'll be a regular.
