I've stayed here many times. The atmosphere is comfortable and peaceful, with mountain views from the front and back. Watching farmers tending their rice fields, and hearing the birds chirping in the morning is very pleasant. There's also a river, the sound of which is calming. It feels like a village, but modern 🥰😍

The hotel concept is simply the best. I really like it. It truly feels like a resort hotel. The accommodation is very comfortable, surrounded by lots of clean, shady plants, especially with the views of the surrounding mountains. I'll definitely come back next time. I don't think staying a day here was enough. 🥹🥹 Thank you Lembah Metro Resort, it was truly memorable. 🫶🏻

Stayed with my family on the 26th and 27th. The atmosphere was beautiful, shady, and full of plants, including a hidden gem in my opinion. There was a balcony behind the room with a view of a flower garden. The staff was friendly. The room was very spacious. I think I'll come here again if I go to Malang.

When we first entered the room, it smelled unpleasant. It seemed like it hadn't been occupied for a long time. Please add some air freshener. The swimming pool is poorly maintained, with rat droppings all around. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the surroundings. The curtains in the view suite weren't fixed, so we covered them with a cloth for fear of being seen from outside. 🙏🙏🙏

The place is very comfortable and serene, the first time I entered I was amazed by the very green plants. The staff from the front to the inside were all friendly and greeted me. Especially every time I met them, they always offered to help me take photos. The food was also delicious.

Check in at 2:15 PM because the previous night was full of guests, so we waited for it to be cleaned. Room 6202 was spacious and clean, with cool air. In the afternoon and evening, there was quite thick fog, which was nice because I rarely saw it. If it rained, it was a bit of a hassle because I had to go to the car park (there were umbrellas in front of the room). Next time, it would be okay if I stay again.

Overall, it's good. I'll just mention a few things that are lacking. 1. The toilet was full of dead ants, but it wasn't cleaned when we first arrived. 2. There was a piece of acrylic or plastic in the siomai (I've reported it to the security guard). Be careful when choosing materials and making it. 3. The bathroom and toilet are actually inside the room without a partition. If you poop, the smell is noticeable. If you shower directly in the AC. (new experience)

The hotel is perfect for honeymoons or families, with a beautiful, cool, and aesthetic atmosphere. Unfortunately, during my stay, the Wi-Fi was problematic. They said it would be fixed soon, but in fact, it still didn't work even after check-out. The lighting is poor, and it's very dark at night, making it a bit scary. The breakfast was à la carte, but the taste was average.

The view is really nice, I stayed in Cabana 1, it felt like I was in a village away from the noise, that's what I wanted and close to the town square. The staff is really friendly, at night I asked for something to be delivered and they immediately responded, thank you Lembah Metro. There are 2 pools, I happened to request one right in front of the pool. The best thing is the breakfast, everything was flawless, from the main meal to the snacks, it was really delicious. My family and I really enjoyed it. Hopefully there will be a chance and we can stay again❤️. Thank you Lembah Metro Resort
