Everything was great: the room was large, clean, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were all friendly. It's just a shame that the breakfast menu options were limited and incomplete, and the taste wasn't very good.

The swimming pool water isn't clear. The food is just okay. 5-star hotel, but lacking in amenities.

A very nice and comfortable hotel, with very fast service and responsive staff. I got a very spacious room, and the interior of the room and bathroom were very elegant. I will visit again next time.

The location is strategic for accessing tourist attractions in Lembang. The rooms are clean and offer a beautiful view in the morning. The food is delicious and varied, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Hopefully, this hotel will continue to improve its service and become even better.

My room is below the restaurant, at night the room is uncomfortable because of the noise from above (restaurant) moving tables/chairs & the sound of trolleys in the room rumbling until past 12 am. Protested 3 times only to be offered a room change at 11 pm, strange huh, the solution to changing rooms why not ask the people who work in the restaurant to be quiet or lift everything slowly. In the room the bathtub is leaking, the bathroom wall is full of wires left over from installing ceramic tiles in the wall grout is dangerous especially if the wires are rusty. The room lights also like to suddenly flicker every few minutes. Regret staying at this hotel, even though I have taken an executive type room.
