Liberta Malioboro North

The hotel was pretty decent for its class. However, while I was staying there, the bathroom on the second floor, in room 201, had an unpleasant odor. I don't know if it was because it was raining, but it was definitely a bit disturbing. Furthermore, there was construction going on while I was staying, which was very disturbing.

The location is okay, but the facilities are lacking. - Toothpaste is difficult to remove from the plastic bag; it's best to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. - The window curtain is split in two, so the glare from outside light comes in through the gap in the middle of the window because it hits the bed. Other than that, it's okay, even though further construction is underway.

Good location, clean, and the staff were friendly.

The staff are friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable too, for breakfast even though there are not many variations, it is also quite delicious.

The hotel is new, aesthetic, close to Tugu Station and Malioboro

A new hotel that is aesthetic and clean, the location is really in the middle of the city, only 5 minutes walk from Malioboro Street, there is a cute cafe on the 1st floor with delicious drinks, very friendly service. Fluffy mattress and pillows, clean towels, everything in the room feels fresh, cold AC, hairdryer available in the room. Unfortunately when I was there, there was construction next to the hotel, so in the morning and evening it was quite noisy and dusty outside the hotel. It's not a problem if you go around Jogja during the day. There is no elevator, but the hotel is only 2-3 floors, it's still OK to go up and down. It is mandatory to ask for mosquito repellent spray because when you enter there are a lot of mosquitoes, maybe because there is construction. For breakfast and swimming pool, there is Liberta South (opposite). The food is not to my taste, but quite complete. The swimming pool is more suitable for children because it is small. Overall, a fun new hotel.

Experience staying on June 20, the staff who served were all friendly and very helpful. items were helped to be brought to the room. Incidentally, on the ground floor there is a cozy cafe shop. Can be used for hanging out or while working. the room is also cozy. but the downside is when I wanted to take a shower at 9 pm, the water happened to be not warm enough even though I had waited a long time. On the side and front of the hotel, there happened to be construction still going on. a bit uncomfortable. construction started in the morning at 8 am and finished almost at 10 pm. but the rest is calm and can rest comfortably. Hopefully I can come here again with the construction on the side and front of the hotel finished because overall the place and service are comfortable and friendly

Located opposite the previously established Malioboro South Hotel. A new hotel that is still under construction on some sides (when we stayed on May 2, 2025). Only about 8-10 minutes walk from Tugu Yogyakarta Station, and quite close if you want to go to Malioboro (only about 6-8 minutes), via Jalan Sosrowijayan and there are several interesting culinary spots such as Gudeg Mbok Lindu, several angkringan, souvenir and gift shops, to cafes with affordable prices. The reception staff smiled, greeted, were friendly, and polite, we were able to check in at 13.00 WIB because the room was available. To reach the room on the 2nd floor using stairs (no elevator), so it must be considered if you want to bring the elderly. When checking out at 8 am, we were still able to leave our backpacks with the customer service staff. Because the building and facilities are still new, the rooms are well maintained, clean, the sheets and blankets smell good. Amenities are provided with toothbrushes and toothpaste, while soap and shampoo are already available. The room is spacious, although 2 twin beds, but can be pushed together to become 1 spacious bed. The pillows are soft and comfortable to sleep on, the blanket is cool and fluffy. This hotel carries out simple things to preserve the environment by providing glass bottles (rather than AMDK) for drinking and a dispenser to fill drinking bottles. Also put up a notice about washing towels and sheets in order to preserve the environment. Although we did not try the breakfast, but on the ground floor near the lobby entrance there is a cafe whose food smells fragrant. The cafe menus served are quite interesting. With the price per night that we got from Traveloka of IDR 288,000, we highly recommend this hotel for tourists who will vacation in Yogyakarta and explore the Malioboro area.
