Location was good and central. But the hotel was not up to standard. Not worth the price. Real life Condition compared to picture was different. Needs to be renovated. Linen in the room needs changing too.

The room next door is very disturbing, at 11 pm it is still noisy like a party in the room, even at 3 am it is noisy, the hotel should reprimand or make regulations.

The hotel is actually nice. I've stayed here several times. But as of yesterday, I found that the hotel feels uninnovative and is tending to regress. The room's cleanliness is commendable, but the shower doesn't have a strong flow.
There's no innovation at all in the breakfast. I stayed for 6 days, and the main menu hasn't changed. The taste is also quite ordinary. The price is quite reasonable, though.
The amenities in the room are also not refilled. My worn-out sandals from going to the pool weren't replaced.
Hopefully, there will be better changes next time. Honestly, I really enjoyed staying here.

Never disappointed staying at Luwansa Hotel. Cozy and comfortable place, and luxurious interior for staycation with family. Swimming pool facilities and delicious breakfast with varied menus make me and my family always come back to stay at Luwansa Hotel Manado.
