The hotel staff was very friendly and quickly responded to several customer issues. I made a mistake with my reservation. The dates I booked were wrong, but the hotel staff quickly told me to contact the app to change the dates. I was so happy to be able to staycation at the Luxury Malioboro Hotel. Besides its strategic location close to Malioboro, the hotel is also beautiful and aesthetic, especially the swimming pool. My 2-night stay at Luxury Malioboro was very enjoyable. My son was very happy. All the staff were friendly and helpful, from the moment we arrived to help carry our things until the second day when we returned from our trip, we were helped with carrying a lot of things. On the way home, we were also helped with loading our things into the car. The security and all the reception staff were friendly. The breakfast had a lot of delicious menus.
