Stunning view from every angle, we could see Mount Agung Bali, and 2 Gili Islands from the lobby and from our room. We stayed in family room, it was huge with 2 big beds, bathroom with waterfall style (kids loved it) and a very spacious living outdoor area with big sofa, TV (unfortunately the TV was broken, but it was no problem since we got the big screen scenery 😎), Breakfast very good, owner and the staff very friendly and helpful. But this hotel is not recommended for family who has little children because most area are not safe, stairs has no railings. Would love to come back.

Good and relaxing experience! Hotel staffs were very humble and helpful. Food was decent and not too pricy and the taste was so delicious. The minus point is that the hotel located far awat fr city center. It was difficult to reach any convenience store so please prepare some food, snacks, or any essentials before arriving to this hotel. There are no amenities like toothbrush, tea, or coffee in the room.

The sunset view is nice, the hotel is in a decent position, the rooms are clean, and the property is distinctive. Everything ordered was amazing in terms of food. There are no lodging options immediately in front of the private pool at app.

When we first arrived, it seemed that the lobby was so small, there was no one to greet us (it turned out that the receptionist/housekeeping/cashier/room service were all handled by one person 🫢😭). The staff are friendly, nimble, so the things I want to criticize are all in the hotel management, not the staff. Let's get started 🤪. The pluses first: 1. Breathtaking view, especially in the room I ordered (eclipse type), large windows directly facing the sea, outside there is a common room that can be used for dining, the view is the same as the room. 2. Friendly staff. 3. The food is pretty good and not too expensive. 4. Power plugs are above the bed, quite a lot, making it easy to charge gadgets. Now we come to the minus part: 1. Lots of ants in the common room area. 2. There is a window without a cover in the bathroom and toilet (separate) so lizards and geckos can enter (shocked at night to hear geckos). 3. There are no toothbrushes, tissue in the room (only given toilet paper). 4. Trash can only in the toilet. 5. The towels in the room have holes and lots of stains, at my house they have become mats then (photo attached). For a rate of 2.1 million/night, it really isn't worth it. All in all, that's all the review, if asked 'will you stay here again?' The answer is 'not yet' 😅.

My experience here celebrating my son's birthday becomes a fond memory. The hotel building is unique and instagramable in every corner, making it easier for us to get angel terrafic for photos. Friendly service and almost all birthday preparation needs were assisted by the hotel from the menu birthday cake to the besday surprise.

This location is no longer Senggigi but entered the Club. Access to parking is a bit difficult because the road is small and uphill but the staff is very kind. It seems that the staff is not ready 24 hours at the location, because at night (11 o'clock) I asked for a blanket but there was no one at all. Was given an amazingly cool room! Can see the dyke, and bali from the room. The view is amazing!! The breakfast is local and western. (only given 2 menu choices) I suggest ordering the western one. The hotel requests that the windows on the top floor be given curtains/curtains because it is very hot during the day. Thank you :)

The hotel signage is very small so you have to be very careful to look at the sign. Arriving at the hotel at 22.30, it was already quiet, the staff had gone home, but thank God, Mas Iswanto (if I'm not mistaken) was willing to return to the hotel and help carry things to the room. For the view it's a winner. The rooms are also good, different from the others. It's just because it's still around the trees so a lot of small animals and ants come very quickly. Oh yes, for those who have never been there, it is recommended to arrive at the hotel before sunset because the road from Mataram to the hotel at night is very quiet, dark and scary, left beach, right forest. Motorbikes are rare. The road is winding and uphill. But in the morning and afternoon, the streets are cool and beautiful to look at.

The top order is for 4, and it feels like one floor belongs to us, there are only 4 hotels, there are 3 small ones, and for good food but it's really expensive, the bathroom is open so it's a bit western, haha, don't be shy. The poop place has a door, the big room in the bathroom opens with the outside window on the back hill, because there are trees that enter from the bedroom window, and as a result lots of insects enter the room, I literally can't sleep because in my opinion this hotel looks not clean, dirty , lots of insects, mosquitoes, wasps, ants can all enter because the windows are open and the hill behind (this is Makalele's fault) the mattress is foam btw.
