Bayar dengan harga yang lumayan besar ditambah kita harus membayar uang deposit sebesar 200.000, tetapi saat saya check-in dan lihat langsung kondisi roomnya itu sangat tidak layak untuk manusia! 1. Air di toilet tidak keluar (air sangat penting untuk membasuh ketika buang air besar/kecil). 2. Bed kotor banyak bercak bercak dan agak berbau. 3. Tidak ada air minum yang disediakan. 4. Tidak ada handuk. Saya udah coba komplain ke pihak receptionist namun tidak ada tanggapan atau solusi untuk permasalahan tersebut (pelayanan sangat kurang baik), intinya tempat ini lebih cocok untuk hewan, bukan untuk manusia!

At this hotel the service is lacking, satisfying after paying the key deposit we were told to find our own room in the room, no drinking water, no towels, I asked customer service, he said later he would be delivered until I checked out there were no towels and finally I took a shower without a towel after I handed over the key and I reprimanded the customer service he just said he hadn't been delivered from the laundry. Does this hotel not have a stock of towels, please improve the quality, don't disappoint guests who stay.

If you want to stay, you have to deposit money of 300 thousand, even though I paid via the application, in the end I just didn't stay, imagine if people from out of town brought mediocre money and then ordered but couldn't cancel, it's a shame, if I'm just the usual.
