Poorly maintained, the electric kettle is covered in thick dust, used sugar packets are still in the sugar bin. The provision of breakfast portions does not match those staying there. The price is expensive but the facilities obtained are far from the price paid.

only this hotel is available because we had a sudden vacation THE LOCATION IS GOOD, IT FEEL'S A STYLISH ATMOSPHERE OF THE BEACH, BUT LIKE AN ABANDONED HOTEL, but QUITE A LOT OF PEOPLE STAY .. even though there are so many shortcomings such as towels (have to ask) and no doormats in the room and no equipment such as soap, shampoo, etc. but THE STAFF IS HONEST AND FRIENDLY .. it's just that maybe because there are no employees and only 1 person who can serve guests, it's like they don't take care of the hotel even though the view is really good ... Just look at their IG, it should be as good as before, right? .. recruit competent employees, improve cleanliness and facilities too .. it's a shame .. sorry for being reviewed like this 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Honestly, it was very disappointing to stay here, because the facilities and quality obtained did not match the price, unfortunately I forgot to take a picture of the room, even the food was of no quality, it can be said that the important thing is that it is there, considering the price of the resort is quite expensive, my suggestion if you want to stay here, it's better to come to the location to survey first, I was only forced because I couldn't get it anywhere else (full).

No towels. No toiletries and no water heater. The toilet is crusty, the bathroom drain is very dirty, to the point of being clogged. The TV is dead. The distance is not far from the center of Sabang. However, at night the streets are pitch black. Be prepared to bring food because it is far from restaurants. Breakfast is mediocre, fried eggs, nuggets and fried vermicelli. But the staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is rocky.

The hotel is quiet and I think it's creepy like it's not maintained. I was lucky to bring my family so I wouldn't feel lonely in the hotel if it wasn't just me and my wife staying at the hotel. Breakfast is also just fried rice, sausages, nuggets. Not worth it with that room price. Hopefully in the future there will be changes.

Haunted hotel… our family rented 3 rooms… very uninhabitable. No water… the bathroom had lots of food leftovers. We even took a bath using mineral water… what’s surprising is that the app can sell the hotel like that…

Actually the place is good with beach view … but the resort is very dirty and lack of employees … it 's like an abandoned resort … it 's not worth to be a 4 * resort, I think hostel is much better than this resort. I barely open my eyes everytime I use the bathroom because it 's so dirty and disgusting even the closet has stains everywhere … sorry I can't even provide the photos of the room and bathroom because it disgusts me so much …. Btw when we checked out, not even a single employees was there 😁 please save your money and don't stay here.

My experience with this resort was absolutely terrible and felt like a complete scam! The resort is nothing like the pictures or descriptions. It's run-down, with broken property all over the place, and trash strewn everywhere. It's unbelievable that they advertise this place the way they do. Don't waste your time or money here – it's a total disappointment! Goshh! 👎🏾👎🏾
