Decent place, good location for snorkeling, superb staff.

The room was not ready when it arrived and the floor was still dusty, yesterday I double booked too because I accidentally pressed on the application 2x payments, but the hotel did not want to return the funds.

At first it was somewhat undeveloped because it looked like it was not a hotel because the front building that collapsed due to the earthquake had not been rebuilt, check-in was only at the front kiosk. In addition, when checking in at 1 pm it turns out that the room is not ready and waiting to be prepared for more than 30 minutes. At that time the hotel was indeed quiet again due to pandemic, and hotel employees did not seem to have confirmed that there would be guests staying that day. After getting a room, it turned out to exceed expectations, the bungalow design was typical of a Sasak house and during the stay felt comfortable. the room is clean, the wooden floor is a bit dusty but understand because it is near the beach, the air conditioner is cold. Even though the room I chose without TV was fine, it felt like it really was on the island. Had experienced blackout at night, fortunately there was a generator so the room was still bright. Friendly hotel staff are always ready to serve guests. The hotel also rents out bikes and snorkeling equipment at affordable prices. The beach in front of the hotel is very nice and can be for as much snorkeling as you want.

As for the initial room facilities, there is only one pillow entry, no drinking water is provided and no telephone that the inn usually provides so it is a bit hindering when guests need something.

The rooms are really okay, the place is not far from the harbor (6 cm bike ride), the time arrived at the hotel, the service was directly served by the owner ... and the owner was really friendly. The employees are no less friendly either. I was immediately given a green welcome drink, green, okay service. What is lacking is the choice of breakfast a little, the choice is cm omelette / fruit plaster / pancake if I'm not mistaken. Then the less in the bathroom there is no hot water huhuhu :( but so far it's nice to stay here .. If possible you can add more breakfast options hehe

The place is okay, unique, beautiful, but when we stay there the electricity is often delayed, and in the afternoon the air conditioner is not cold. Please be able to be a concern so hopefully in the future it can be better.

In his room there was nothing, a good breakfast at the edge of the beach, then immediately snorkel off the side of the beach in Gili 😁

We did not come because the port was closed for fast boat to Gili because of bad weather, but the hotel did not confirm anything like not caring for their guests to come / not.

Comfortable, good breakfast, satisfying service. Suitable for those who want to party on Trawangan

In front of the cottage is under construction because of the last earthquake but the place is nice. The owner is nice also.

The entrance to the hotel is rather unclear because there are buildings that are currently renovating. First look at the unique cottages building, no TV in the room, hot air conditioning and additional fans. The shower had no hot water and the shower was hung very high, the water was small.

Clean, comfortable, not noisy friendly staff.

Clean nice room. AC cold. A little far from the crowd but still okay. Room lights dim for honeymoon. Unfortunately there is no TV.
