The room smells of cigarettes, especially when the AC is off, and it's not soundproof, so sounds from the next room can be heard clearly.

The strategic location in the city center, next to a mall, makes finding food outside the hotel easy. Check-in and check-out are easy, the price is reasonable, the hotel is clean and family-friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is varied and tasty. Next time I visit Garut, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The service is friendly, the room is clean, colorful, a good combination of colors... I like it. The food is very delicious, there are many choices, the hexsos in the bathroom doesn't work. It makes it uncomfortable. But otherwise everything is ok. Next time I'll stay at Mercure again when I go to Garut. Success Mercure

Also, guests should be prepared for a short walk from the motorbike parking area to the hotel entrance. Overall, it’s a practical option with a great location and scenic views, especially for those planning a short stay or a weekend getaway in Garut.

The breakfast menu is varied, but there's no meat. The buffet is low-budget. Check out the Jamu Corner for the taste. Try teaching the staff how to make omelets at the Egg Corner. The sausage could probably be upgraded. The dim sum chicken feet have no flavor.

2 rooms had very slow Wi-Fi, 1 room had no Wi-Fi at all. The warm water pool was cloudy, small and needs to be kept clear. The food variety was standard, but there was peanut butter that smelled bad. At night, the system (alarm/fire) sounded, everyone panicked and told them to go downstairs, no one gave directions. After going downstairs, no manager on duty explained the system error. New hotel but unprofessional human resources.

The hotel was nice, located right at the city center. Very easy to order food from nearby legendary restaurants. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is nice, still clean, the room is quite comfortable and spacious for a deluxe room. The facilities are okay. Free parking fee, but make sure to ask the receptionist to enter your vehicle number into the system. Yesterday I was asked for my vehicle number, but it wasn't entered into the system. In the end, I paid. But in the end, they were willing to reimburse me for the parking fee. Overall, it's good, and the location is also very strategic.

city center hotel, next to mall and waterpark only drawback is wifi which is very slow and slow even for watching youtube on the room tv is not enough so the video is always loading there is a warm water swimming pool but the chlorine content is quite noticeable in the nose there is also a gym however on the first night there was a little accident where the fire alarm went off at almost 11 pm

The place is close to the mall, everywhere is easy, but when I went there, the bathroom had a shower problem but it was still okay, the room was clean and comfortable, the wifi was really bad so I couldn't work, luckily it was close to the mall so I could go to a coffee shop to work using the wifi. The food is standard, not as good as other Mercure.

Most all service are good, only the meal actually difference with other hotel Accor live limitless. Hopefully next stay the meal will be better

Overall, the hotel is really good for comfort. Clean, fast response, and the hotel is directly connected to the mall. But I was a little disappointed with the facilities, where I wanted to add an extra bed but it turned out to be sold out. As a result, we added a room. Either they really wanted to sell the room, or the extra beds were really sold out. The food tasted really bland for a Mercure. While it's still new, the hotel facilities can be upgraded. Thanks.

fast check in process. the interior of the room is very nice. close to the mall. so looking for food and souvenirs is not difficult. to the Islamic Center Mosque is close by foot. the food in the restaurant is varied. it's just that the distance from the room to the elevator is quite far. passing more than 15 rooms. 😊
