The hotel is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is strategically located next to a mall and water park, making it perfect for bringing kids for a staycation. There's also a water dispenser for refilling drinking water.

The location is very close to the town square and train station. So, if you're coming from Jakarta by train, it's just a few minutes' walk to the hotel. The hotel is right next to the mall (and the only mall) in Garut. The food is quite varied and generally delicious. The view of Mount Papandayan is also a plus. If I may suggest, the hotel could provide a rooftop telescope (if available) so guests can view all the mountains surrounding Garut.

The location is strategic, close to shopping and culinary centers. All the staff are friendly and responsive. The room is spacious, but at the time, a non-smoking room was not available because it was fully booked. It was uncomfortable for us, as non-smokers, as the smell lingered. However, according to the staff, the room had been sprayed and was safe to occupy.

I was CI on November 7th and CO on November 9th and the room right next to mine was really noisy, from 9pm to 10pm and at 4.35am they were already awake and getting even louder, it was really disturbing. The soundproofing in the room was very poor.

Coincidentally, there was a culinary festival going on while we were staying. Awesome, no need to go far to find food. You can just leave the hotel and enjoy the culinary scene.
