Checking in early in the morning after returning from Surabaya, it was still too far to go home. The staff informed us that our room had been upgraded to a suite. The male front desk staff member, I forgot his name, was very friendly, knowing this was our second time staying here. I was quite impressed with the staff's friendliness.

Got the corner room near the elevator, the towels were not very clean, the doormat would be cleaner, the room key could only be used once because the other one couldn't be used, even though there was an extra charge for the key with a deposit, stayed 2 nights but the key was only valid for 1 night which ended up having to go down to the 8th floor to renew the key, the staff was less responsive

Hopefully, this can be improved. Please differentiate between smoking and non-smoking floors, as some rooms have very pungent smoky air. It's pointless to choose a non-smoking room, even though the others are perfectly fine. Parking should also be free for hotel guests.

We're very sorry, but due to the bad weather, heavy rain, and flooding in most of Semarang, we didn't get a refund or reschedule from Traveloka.
This makes us afraid to book again, and the tricks from Traveloka are very unhelpful.
