Overall, it's okay.
A few suggestions:
We recommend installing a fan to keep the room from feeling stuffy. Although there are windows with mosquito nets that can be opened, this can be uncomfortable due to outside noise.
There's an access card for the entrance from the upstairs and downstairs areas, making it uncomfortable for older guests.
The breakfast menu is quite extensive and varied, but the taste is lacking.

The hotel staff is very friendly, from the beginning there was a problem regarding the next room which was very noisy but they helped find a solution to move but I chose to upgrade, although there was a little miscommunication from the hotel staff regarding the upgrade price but they wanted to take responsibility which ultimately made me quite stunned and did not want to make a decision for the staff to bear, really "the service was very good from the beginning. Not only the service, even the cleanliness of the environment, the view to the breakfast was very good for all I think. Soon will be back again🤗

The hotel staff are friendly but don't smile, they seem indifferent. The food is quite good, there are many variations ranging from cakes, heavy meals and drinks from western and Indonesian, also Chinese. The hotel staff is very friendly, from the beginning there was a problem regarding the next room which was very noisy but they helped find a solution to move but I chose to upgrade, although there was a little miscommunication from the hotel staff regarding the upgrade price but they wanted to take responsibility which ultimately made me quite stunned and did not want to make a decision for the staff to bear, really "the service was very good from the beginning. Not only the service, even the cleanliness of the environment, the view to the breakfast was very good for all I think. Soon will be back again🤗

The hotel staff are friendly but don't smile, they seem indifferent. The food is quite good, there are many variations ranging from cakes, heavy meals and drinks from western and Indonesian, also Chinese. The room is comfortable and clean so the family who brought it is happy, it's great, close to Mickie Fundland and also the playground.
