The receptionist and security guard are really friendly and very kind. The room is clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the lights and love stickers are cute... From the 3rd floor, you can get a view of 4 mountains if you're lucky.

Ministry Homestay was an impressive place to stay for me. Located on Jalan Prawirotaman, a bustling area with lots of tourists, cafes, and an abundance of food, it's easy to find something to eat if you need something. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby. If you're planning a stay in Yogyakarta, you won't regret staying at Ministry Homestay. Thank you. I hope this review is helpful.

Located in the Prawirotaman area, close to Tempo Gelato, it's quite good for resting and close to everywhere. The family bunkbed room is quite comfortable and you can still add an extra bed.

Stayed here for 3 days, no drinks, extra toothbrushes, and new towels every day. No room make-up service offered either. Usually, other hotels offer that as soon as we arrive from outside. And please, for this price, your towels are very low quality. Stayed on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. Can you imagine how tired I was? Overall, it's comfortable, but nothing special, but if you bring a baby, it's recommended not to stay here, it's next to the cafe's till drop so the sound penetrates to the room.

The room is comfortable, but the towels don't absorb water well. The shower isn't very strong. It's also a short walk to Prawirotamaan Market. There's a self-service laundry nearby, like One Step or whatever it's called. It's cheap. The hotel has a homey atmosphere. I didn't try the food.

First time to Jogja and stayed at the Ministry which was comfortable, quiet, the room was fragrant and spacious, the bathroom was very spacious with a bathtub, the staff were really friendly and polite, only 1 thing was that there was no water heater in the room for coffee/tea, so I had to ask the staff first, but next time I go to Jogja I will definitely stay here again
