The staff was very friendly and proactive in making decisions, making it feel comfortable. The location and grounds of the hotel were excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. Toiletries were provided, including shampoo and soap. Highly recommended.

Staff friendly & helpful. Apartment lobby is safe, security is kind & helpful. Good location, a bit far to walk to Aeon but you can ask for free shuttle car from Sky House Leonie tower to another tower that is located next to Aeon. Easy to get Gojek/Grab/taxi. Small room but bed & pillows are comfy. Clean bathroom, water heater works well

It was a fun experience staying in this hotel. The room was clean, and the view was breathtaking from the 35th floor. It does not take a lot of time to go to the top floor from the ground. Also, the food for breakfast was not too bad. It was a nice, cozy stay in a studio-type room.

Stayed here because there was an event at ICE BSD. The place is entered into the Sky House in Tower Leonie. Check in is not 24 hours, only until 11pm. Check in at the restaurant which has a big sign saying Moritz Inn. The check-in process is easy, use your KTP, then to unlock the room key you use an application that must be installed on your cellphone. The distance to ICE is quite good if you walk, but you can easily use an online taxi or online motorbike taxi. You can walk to AEON, it's very close. In the room there is a stove but it cannot be used, there is a refrigerator for storing drinks or food. The room is small, but for those looking for a place to sleep it is very comfortable. Not a recommendation for those who usually stay overnight and want a spacious hotel. The room acoustics are also good, sound from outside doesn't leak into the room. The TV is a smart TV so you can watch YouTube and Netflix. The hot water in the bathroom is also delicious. Recommended stay here, very comfortable 👍

I've been here several times, but yesterday I was really disappointed, free breakfast but it turned out it was only for 1 person. Okay, never mind. Then I told my husband, okay, I'll wait and sit upstairs, but the receptionist said, "Sorry, seating is only for one person." Because I couldn't be bothered to complain, I finally went out and sat near the lobby while my husband was eating. How come you can't just sit, how long do you have to eat? I was really annoyed. Other facilities are okay, but please improve the service at the reception. It's still early, so I don't want to argue with people.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during check in/out, but when complaining about the WiFi, the service was quite slow. Asked to join another room's WIFI which was also slow, stayed for 4 days and was only fixed the next day when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was not very varied, the last fried rice I ate smelled a bit like cockroaches.
The room was not clean, the sheets and blankets were not changed every day.

The location is strategic in a still green area, and the environment is supportive for a healthy lifestyle. The staff is friendly, well informed. The smart room and facilities are very sufficient for a business trip, or even a run trip 😁. Next there is another event in the BSD area, it could be an option to stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and proactive in making decisions, making it feel comfortable. The location and grounds of the hotel were excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. Toiletries were provided, including shampoo and soap. Highly recommended.

I've been here several times, but yesterday I was really disappointed, free breakfast but it turned out it was only for 1 person. Okay, never mind. Then I told my husband, okay, I'll wait and sit upstairs, but the receptionist said, "Sorry, seating is only for one person." Because I couldn't be bothered to complain, I finally went out and sat near the lobby while my husband was eating. How come you can't just sit, how long do you have to eat? I was really annoyed. Other facilities are okay, but please improve the service at the reception. It's still early, so I don't want to argue with people.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful during check in/out, but when complaining about the WiFi, the service was quite slow. Asked to join another room's WIFI which was also slow, stayed for 4 days and was only fixed the next day when I wanted to check out. Breakfast was not very varied, the last fried rice I ate smelled a bit like cockroaches.
The room was not clean, the sheets and blankets were not changed every day.

The location is strategic in a still green area, and the environment is supportive for a healthy lifestyle. The staff is friendly, well informed. The smart room and facilities are very sufficient for a business trip, or even a run trip 😁. Next there is another event in the BSD area, it could be an option to stay here again.
