The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Icha who helped me during the initial check-in process. She explained the facilities in the hotel area and in the room. The room is clean, there is a pool, there is a bathroom for rent, so I feel more at home staying here. The place is really cozy. For the Ciputat area, this is the best hotel, and there are always hotel promotions every day.

Friendly receptionist, fast check-in process, IDR 100,000 cash deposit, refundable upon check-in.
Room review:
Clean, spacious room, fragrant towels, shampoo and soap refills, smart TV, tea and coffee available, and a water heater. The AC is cool enough, and the water heater in the bathroom works well.
Breakfast review:
Breakfast is adequate, with chicken porridge, salad, ketoprak (a type of ketoprak), white rice and side dishes, fried rice, omelettes, suki, and sushi. There's a coffee maker. You can make cappuccino and espresso. Free coffee refills.
Swimming pool review:
There are two pools: one for adults and one for children.
They're nice and clean.
Breakfast can be taken to the pool area.
Overall, I stayed one night and was quite satisfied. The price was affordable.

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights because there was a graduation ceremony at the UMJ campus, it's also close to UIN. Very strategic, around the hotel there are many restaurants, Ramayana, minimarkets, so if you run out of anything it's easy. The room is clean, the staff is very helpful, on the first day the AC in the room was leaking, I requested a move & the process was fast. There is a swimming pool which is the kids' favorite. The only downside is the lack of a playground and fitness center huhu hopefully in the future there will be a playground for the kids to keep them calm.
