Okay everyone, the most impressive thing is the service. All problems are resolved according to their responsibilities.

honest review, first the parking access is easy but for cars it's a bit narrow but it's not a problem, it's safe to go to the motorbike parking lot, it's quite spacious. second the check in process turns out to have to go through another number (because I booked the apartment) so I have to contact by WA first to confirm my arrival and get the key from the security guard (back and forth is okay). third the elevator is safe and smooth. fourth I happened to get on the 7th floor and yes the hallways are clean, the building is nice, not scary at all, the room is easy to find. fourth when opening the door WOWWWW makjreng the inside is clean pwoll and tidy even though it's not that fragrant, check the lights are normal only 1 night light can't be turned on but its okay there are still many other lights, check the kitchen is clean everything is THERE neatly arranged, the stove also works, teflon pans etc. want to make coffee tea THERE, check the toilet is super clean complete facilities towels soap shampoo toothpaste toothbrush like it🥰a water heater is safe normal all, mattress blanket and pillows are very clean fragrant, soft and smooth, the minus is the TV still can't be digital so it can't be Netflix huhu, for the AC it's normal for me who doesn't really like the cold, the building is still good the paint color makes it cool and comfortable, the curtains are safe clean, the balcony door is safe, the balcony terrace is clean and there is a place to dry it. I said yes I will come back here on the next trip because with this price it is really worth it to get super facilities like this the atmosphere makes me feel at home, MUST STAY HERE! Hopefully next trip we can have digital TV so we can feel more at home xixi. thank you❤❤

This room is actually really nice, because there is a stove and cooking utensils, the bed is clean, there are towels and toothbrushes are provided. However, there are a few remnants of lack of maintenance: the bathroom light keeps flickering and doesn't stop, parts of the wall are open and taped, the stove light doesn't turn on, and the air conditioner isn't cold enough. Meanwhile, the building may be a bit difficult to park if you come back late, because the building parking is very limited. But otherwise I have no complaints. The refrigerator turns on well, the stove turns on well, the TV is also good, the hot water is also on well, the wifi is also good. The location is really right in the middle between the city of Jogja and my destination to Pramjazz yesterday. So I'm one happy customer!

Everything is perfect, but the part near the road is a bit noisy.

One of the best accommodations I have ever tried! Apartment concept with good design, complete basic cooking utensils, toiletries available, super clean and fragrant rooms! There is a balcony too. Many places to eat around. Maintained yes.

It's really cool to stay here again if you go to Jogja.

Bagus untuk liburan keluarga kecil mungkin untuk pintu bisa dibetulkan, kamar mandi bisa agak lebih dibersihkan dan wifinya mungkin lemot dan sering putus dan harus nyambung berkali-kali untuk lainnya good kamar juga terang kalo malam hari.

Tempatnya nyaman, recommended banget si kalo nginep di Jogja pasti bakal ke sini lagi.
