NILA HOUSE, Sharia Family Home Stay

At first glance, this place looked nice from the outside, but when I was given the room I'd booked via the app, I was shocked. The room was cramped and very disturbing when other guests were chatting upstairs, as it was noisy and clearly audible. And the most upsetting part was that, in my experience staying in budget hotels, this was the first time I'd had a room with a bathroom outside, a shared bathroom. This was truly painful, as I have a habit of waking up to pee two or three times at night. And the climax was when I woke up in the morning to go to the bathroom and found it was being used by another guest. Ouch... I really don't recommend it. My suggestion to the owner: if there are rooms without bathrooms, why not indicate this in the app? So it doesn't feel like a trap! At that point, I ended up staying in that room because I didn't have time to find another place to stay, especially since my son had an event at KB Ragunan the next morning and had to be on standby at 7 a.m. It was a truly awful experience!

When I first entered, not long after there were cockroaches so I asked to be sprayed with Baygon, but they didn't spray it and ended up buying my own Baygon 🥲 Then the floor was swept, maybe to clean it while checking for cockroaches, but because it didn't seem to be swept first, the floor became dirty... The guard was nice and friendly

The staff is really friendly and remember me in my 2nd visit hehe Overall the room is clean and cozy, but it so small. You probably cant eat in your room since there’s only small table near the bed. But there’s a balcony with a nice view if you need a place to hangout Hmm, the wall and floor is fully structured with wood so small sounds can be heard from another room. Prolly think twice if you want to go with friends or kids since it can be loud and heard by other people At night, you might here tokek and rat’s sound from outside. It is also kinda hard for online taxi/food to navigate the place since the pinpoint is not accurate But overall, for the price I paid, my stays here are nice and I enjoy it a lot!

It is very suitable for those who want to feel the tranquility but not far from the city center, the room is cool, especially in the morning it feels like being at the top, the staff is friendly, check-in and check-out is easy.

The room smells good, the service is friendly at all times, the owner is very kind, the employees are helpful, the environment is safe.

The manager is very friendly, the price is also cheap, the room is not too big (suitable for two people only) if you bring children, maybe there are other options.. the bathroom is shared but the facilities are 5 star with a bathtub that is very functional, there is no drama whatsoever, free drinks and tea are also cool.. the atmosphere is very cool, there are many plants that make it cool.. for the concept, it's vintage, so it's not mainstream.. suitable for those who want to try a unique homestay atmosphere. there is also a restaurant and I tried the grilled chicken, recommended. Tempatnya nyaman adem banget, makanannya juga enak banget, pelayanannya cepat fastrespon banget suka pokoknya. Cuma kamarnya g kedap suara aja karena qt nginep bawa anak kecil kadang suka teriak g enak sama pengunjung lain takut terganggu sama di sela kasur ada debu.

Homey banget penginapannya, berasa di rumah nenek di kampung, sudah gitu enggak berisik, suasananya tenang banget. Bagus buat healing dari berisiknya kota, padahal masih di kota Jakarta lokasinya.

Unik, sejuk, bersih. Tadinya cuma cari tempat transit, eh ternyata nyaman euyy. Staff-nya juga tanggap dan satset. Pokoknya suka.

1. There is no elevator so it is quite difficult to carry a lot of things to the 3.2 floor. The small room is quite difficult to put a lot of things in. 3. Shared bathroom with other guests. 4. The bed mattress is quite hard. 5. There are several spots in the bed, cupboard and table area that are dusty. 6. Access to the accommodation is quite difficult by car because it is in an alley and has an incline.
