The hotel is incredible. The room is spacious and filled with everything you need. The staff are incredibly nice, helpful, and insightful! There is a pool that is spacious, you can sunbathe, and the sunlight is very good. The location is also in the heart of Batu Belig, easy access, many parking spots, many eateries, shops, and restaurants as well.

OK, this is a review for Nipuri hotel Seminyak in Bali. I travelled with my friend and the two of us stayed at 6 different Villa hotels in and around Bali. So we have a nice variety of accommodations having just finished our 4 weeks in Bali. We agree that this hotel was probably our favourite villa accommodation. The staff was very kind and they cleaned our room and gave us new towels each day. Our personal room also had a mini fridge which was not included on the property amenities so this was an extra bonus to find out that we had a fridge and we totally love and utilize this to keep our water cool and with leftovers from the restaurants. I will say the bed was kind of funny because it wasn’t on a bedframe, but they didn’t really matter. It was still comfy and it worked for us. OK so get this we totally blanked and we’re on total vacation mode because we forgot we were supposed to check out. We thought that it was the next day and totally got messed up! It was chaotic and a bit stressful but the staff was so kind and they said no worries and gave us an extra three hours to gather our belongings and get out! Haha. So this is very accommodating and kind of them. We also love the pool. It felt very calm and vacation mode being able to relax at the pool. The hotel itself is very centric area. Just a 7- minute walk to the beach. I will say that the beach is not a swimming beach, but it is beautiful for watching the sunset and looking at the ocean wide it’s super strong, currents

The property is in need of a bit of maintenance, but there were only four people staying there, so I guess they need a bit more cash inflow. It was a short 10 minute walk to some old school bamboo beach bars.

I don't know about the other rooms, but the one I got looked like an old building. My family and I didn't feel comfortable staying there. The room was also infested with small insects like ants, making it unsafe to store food in the room.

Saya menginap 7 malam, sempat pesimis untuk menginap di sini. Tetapi nyatanya, wow, hotel-nya bagus, kamar-nya bersih dan besar. Breakfast-nya ala carte ya karena wajar untuk di harga budget. Hotel ini sangat memuaskan. Dekat dengan restaurant-restaurant dan juga Pantai Batu Belig, jalan kaki hanya 10 menit. Kamar selalu dibersihkan.

Lokasinya nyaman, jauh dari kebisingan dan paling suka kolam renangnya karena kalau berenang sore-sore dapat sunset-nya. Cuma yang perlu diperbaiki mengenai penempatan AC dan salurannya biar enggak panas.

I really like the location, it's so close to Batu Belig beach, and outside on Batu Belig St. You can find lots of cafes, eateries, and cute stores. I like the ambience of the room, the pool is perfect too. There are things that can be improved though, like the door, the waterjet, etc. I'm not complaining though, cause the price is cheap

Wonderful stay. Nicely closed off from the busy street. The rooms are clean and the air conditioning can be set to cool or less according to your own setting. The staff are very friendly. When we arrived there were some broken things in the room, such as the door handle and some cracks in the sink. But other than that the room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. Upon arrival also immediately asked for the rental of a scooter and it was delivered to the curb within 2 hours the same day. When checking out early in the morning we even received a breakfast package. Very satisfied and recommend everyone to stay here. Besides the friendly staff and the clean rooms, a perfect location for Cangguu and Kuta too

Disappointing. AC is not cold, toilet is clogged, sink is leaking, many lights are off. Already informed the reception but he said there was no technical officer standing by. It's better if the room is not worth selling, don't sell it. Poor guest.

The location is just the usual place. The swimming pool is okay. The room is not clean, the floor has lots of stains. The bathroom hamdeldoor is broken. The toilet is stagnant on the floor. Balcony a lot of dust. Effectively dull.
