With its affordable price, strategic location, and cold water pool, it's definitely worth it. Hopefully, there will be a hot water pool in the future. The location, along with paragliding attractions, adds to the excitement of a vacation in Batu City.

The bathroom is rarely cleaned, smells and the hose leaks. Food runs out before time, drinking water is not ready. The mattress is due to be replaced, the springs are weak.

The staff is very friendly but it is very unfortunate that there was drama at the beginning, even though I ordered a deluxe room with AC but what was given was a deluxe without AC and it was very different from the photo, finally I needed to add to get a room with AC, even though I had to call several times to ask for an AC room. The cleanliness of the room needs to be considered again, a bit disappointed because I got a different room but they said it was because all the rooms were full, the telephone was broken, the AC remote was broken, the TV signal was also very bad, the wifi didn't work, but the swimming pool was good and the food was pretty good. Actually the price of the hotel is cheap but I was disappointed with the condition, maybe it can be improved in the future

the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful. we checked in at 10 pm but were still served very friendly and well. the breakfast is delicious. hot water is smooth, the room is clean although not fragrant. the sink water comes out very small. in general this is an old hotel that is still well maintained. the swimming pool makes children feel at home.

friendly hotel staff with lots of smiles. nice view. varied breakfast. only the bathroom smells, no fragrance or camphor. then the room is stuffy, the roof is short and not high enough. the rest is quite good, the price is according to the conditions.
