Untuk harga segini kemahalan ga worth it gadapet fasilitas lebih, tempat kotor ga dibersihkan, handuk kotor kaya bekas, tempat sampah kecil, TV rusak, tempat tidur ga nyaman, kursi kotor, di apk dapet wifi nyatanya ngga ada extrabed mahal, ulasan ga sesuai dengan kenyataan! Kebantu alam yang indah saja jadi sedikit lebih baik.

The staff is only 1 person, so the receptionist is also a room boy too. It's quite comfortable to stay, the room is clean, the bathroom is also quite clean, it's close to ow Baturraden, you just have to climb a little to Meruni Park (just walk). It's a shame that the hotel is not well maintained, the toilet water keeps running, the water faucet is also difficult to close. Only soap is provided, no brush and toothpaste. There is a bathtub, the warm water is okay, it works well, only the toilet has a problem. The sink water is also a bit cloudy. There is a swimming pool but no water 😅. There is a water heater but coffee, sugar and tea are not provided. But yes, it's quite okay for the price of under 200k. Hopefully in the future the management can repair damaged facilities, improve services, add staff as well. It's a pity that the mas doesn't have a friend 😁. Hope this review helps

Memang kalau pas datang gak ada receptionist, kita datang menunggu agak lama karena sedikit yang kelola, memang tanpa AC lumayan pengap ruangannya walau hawa ruangannya dingin. TV di kamar juga kebetulan rusak, tapi sesuai dengan harga promo dibandingkan harga jika booking langsung di lokasi ya. All memuaskan.

The atmosphere is cool but please improve cleanliness again. There was a small frog on the toilet paper. I was afraid that at night there was the sound of the animal. Then the tv was broken so it was quiet. That's all that matters about cleanliness, the main thing for me. How good do you want it to be, if it's dirty, it's not comfortable. Thank you for the hospitality and service.

The bed is quite comfortable, the broken shower bathroom is not justified, the TV volume is broken, there is no remote, and outside there is a lack of lighting, the impression is that the hotel is haunted. No coffee/sugar/tea like usual hotels²/inns.

For the maintenance of the environment it is quite good, but for the rooms please take care. The room smells of carrion that can't go away. I give a decent rating because the room attendants are quite good and cool people. Oh yeah, I didn't ask to be trusted, but the room I was in had a female genderuwo, disturbed from midnight. As a result in the early morning decided to move places and choose to sleep in the car 🙏🏻.
