Worst 200k hotel in my enitre life, I've stayed in a way more decent and better place than this. I'd rather stayed in a bunkbed hostel than here. First the place is quite hard to find since it is an apartment and mall complex, the lift felt humid and smells like oils. I ordered 2 rooms for me and my family and the first set of room the AC didn't work. Then I asked to be moved to another set of room and my room's AC still didn't work properly and I got tired asking for a new room. In room wifi didn't work. I asked for towel and they promised us later on at 4pm and I had to wa them to ask for it AGAIN and it came later at 6pm. No soap or cuttleries available. My room key also didn't work once and it took a while to replace. The only good thing about this place is the pool but they also didn't provide stool chair or table to put our stuff. The paint is cracking and the room smells humid too.

For those who are looking for a hotel with a swimming pool at a low price. Price is in line with quality. Don't get your hopes up and expectations are too high. Disappointed: - no hot water. - no wifi. - limited tv broadcast channels.

Pelayanannya ramah. Next bakal nginep di situ lagi meskipun ada beberapa yang telat misal handuk. AC kurang dingin tapi pelayanan nya langsung cepet respon. Cukup menyenangkan.

Hotel tidak ada wifi, ada wifi, tidak ada heater, tidak ada sendal hotel. Tidak ada sabun mandi. Air kamar mandi gak ada air panasnya. Tidak ada telpon jadi kalau mau tanya ke resepsionis harus naik turun lift dulu.

Yes, it's just standard, more like a simple apartment, it can't be called a hotel either. Friendly service is okay, cleanliness is also okay, inside you get 2 mineral water but you don't get soap, card access for the lift and power in the room for door locks still use the usual ones. The bonus is if you get a room with a good view, that's not bad.

Not bad as in the picture, clean, there is warm water, towels by request, motorbike parking is a bit far and paid every time you leave, overall the price is under 300k which is good.

The hotel is very comfortable, it's just that the parking for motorbikes must be removed first at midnight so you don't get hospitalized because parking goes to the mall. And the view is good, it's just that at that time the AC wasn't cold enough and the warm water wasn't ready for the room unit on the 19th floor but the rest was comfortable.

I like the hotel and the maids, but what's bad is the parking when my fiancé, unfortunately following a motorbike, gets charged for parking 100 thousand overnight, shouldn't that be calculated per hour or what is the compensation.
