The most unpleasant thing was when checking in, all messages in the application were completely ignored (for example, the early check-in request at 11:00 was not there, the request for 2 adjacent rooms was also not there, the confirmation from the HK team and Reception in the lobby to release the ready room was very long, from the check-in time at 14:00, we only got room 222 at 16:30 in the afternoon, so it was very annoying.

Arriving at the hotel in the afternoon, there was no bellboy on standby to greet and assist us. Even when checking out in the morning at around 8:30, there was a bellboy, but he wasn't quick to offer assistance carrying our suitcases down the lobby stairs to the drop-off area.
Welcome drinks are provided near the reception.
Parking is spacious.
The room is comfortable, but I think the lighting is not bright enough. It would be nice to add an optional white light.
Booked two rooms with issues.
Room 1: The toilet smelled strongly of urine after checking in and hadn't been used yet (evening).
Room 2: The toilet bidet spray suddenly stopped, stopped water coming out, and the head was broken (almost midnight).
I tried contacting customer service and the hotel responded promptly, so the problem was resolved quickly. 👍🏻

I like the hotel's atmosphere too, coincidentally yesterday I got it on the 4th floor so I could see the lights of vehicles at night outside the room. In the corridor area there are also windows so I could see the atmosphere outside, the food is delicious and there are lots of menus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ordered 2 rooms and 1 room requested late check out at 13.00 and the reception staff informed me that it was possible and free. However, at 12.30 there was a housekeeping staff who opened my room door without knocking and I was in the room. I had time to ask what was wrong? The staff asked if the room would be cleaned at what time. I don't know what the regulations are in the hotel, whether there is information between departments regarding rooms that are late check out or not at all, it's just an assumption/initiative from the staff to physically check my room. But I hope it won't happen again in the future. Greetings hotelier☺
