I liked my overnight stay in the Novotel, after a long flight to get back to Indonesia, it is much more refreshing to sleep in a hotel instead of trying to grab a sleep on an airport seat. The hotel is half-way between the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminal, making it a short 5-minute walk to either of the departure areas. Ideal for the long stay transit stop.

Close because it is in the airport, highly recommended for those who transit in the middle of the night and need to rest because the hotel atmosphere is pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast has many variations and is delicious ❤️

Just OK, I paid for extra bed and it took more than 1 hour for them to deliver, it was 9pm and past mu bed time. Other note is the breakfast was not to be excited about. But the crew was nice, respect.

You all perfect. If possible the parking is completely free. Not only the premium parking covers. Thank you so much for giving the 3415 room for runway view should stay more than 1 night next time. All staff is friendly and welcome.

However, the day you reserved room with us, we already blocked special suite room for you. We welcomed you with warmth then your room was ready. However, since we were not able to find your preferences on your reservation that you would like to have suite near by receptionist, after you have checked in we were helping you to find another suite which taking minutes to be ready.
Once again, we thank you for being our guest and sincerely apologized for our shortcomings. We really do hope to provide you a future stay without any problems and to show you the art of our well know service.

The rooms are clean & comfortable, even though the location is inside the airport but you don't hear the sound of planes at all, so you can sleep peacefully. The check-in process is fast and served in a friendly manner. The check out process is very fast, less than 1 minute 🤗

Check-in time is fast, staff are friendly. Check in at 12 when there is already a room so you can put your suitcase in the room right away, renting a car can go around in Bali because tomorrow you have to fly to Ausie.
