It was a great experience to stay at the Novotel Ngurah Rai Bali, gonna stay there again on the 10th of December. Hope that we can always stay there, whenever we transit in Bali.

I stayed here for a night during my transit, and it was a very convenient choice because I arrived at night and had to catch the next flight in the morning. The hotel is directly connected to the airport, making it easy to access after a long flight. I really like the room, it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and surprisingly so quiet even though the location of the hotel is inside the airport, perfect for a short rest before continuing the journey. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great option for travelers who need a comfortable place to stay in the airport.

We decided to stay here for better and fast access to the airport the morning after, and we were absolutely right, with a surprisingly huge variety of food for breakfast with an incredible quality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone flying the next day!

I liked my overnight stay in the Novotel, after a long flight to get back to Indonesia, it is much more refreshing to sleep in a hotel instead of trying to grab a sleep on an airport seat. The hotel is half-way between the International Terminal and the Domestic Terminal, making it a short 5-minute walk to either of the departure areas. Ideal for the long stay transit stop.

The service and the staff are awesome. The massage was very good and professional. Great hotel to stay for those who transit as the location is strategic between both terminals.

We enjoyed the convenience of the location when arriving in Bali quite late and again to alleviate stress of traffic when leaving Bali. Airport Departure entrance is connected to the hotel and a short 2 minute from the front desk.
We enjoyed the pool, gym and surrounding areas of the hotel.
We found the beds were very comfortable and great to rest from a long flight or prior to catching a flight out of Bali (we started and finished our trip here)
Breakfast options were okay. There's a variety of traditional dishes and full english breakfast type dishes.
We had Premier lounge access which was nothing special. It seemed the food was repurposed from breakfast and was not replenished. Drinks and cocktails were good. Although we were asked to finish our drink so that they could use the same glass? We ended up leaving.
Decor is basic, dated but comfortable and windows could've done with a clean as they are the feature of the lounge, which overlooks the runway.
Dinner was a disappointment we ordered a bbq chicken dish which came out after a lomg wait time, was cold piece of very dry chicken (leg and thigh) with a sauce and the mash potato tasted like it was instant or powdered. Was our last dinner in Bali and such a let down.

Stayed short stay before night time flight. Could do with more USB charger points in a room so don’t have to use adaptor and power cords before flight when all packed. TV in room wasn’t working reported to reception and technician fixed before when leaving didn’t work again 😭 close to international departure. Shower blind wasn’t really a bonus would be better with frosted glass like the toilet.

The staff and service here is top tier!!! They were very accommodating and attentive! I traveled from the states and I felt comfortable here. My only concern is the showers have half doors so the water gets into the bathroom area. But the rooms are comfortable and service wise they take care of all your needs!
