It was a very pleasant experience during our stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The location is superb. Breakfast is excellent with a various menu. We tried the pool and it's OK enough. Only at that time there was a building maintenance project, but management already informed us as well.

My two-night stay in two rooms was enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, allowing the kids to play freely. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick. The hotel was clean and fragrant. The breakfast menu could be improved in terms of variety and flavor, especially the fried rice. The fried rice was quite tasty on the first day, but the flavor faded on the second. That's it. Overall, a great experience.

The advantage of Novotel is that it is close to the city center, the parking area is adequate, only if there is a seminar / wedding event it is a bit complicated, so far Novotel is an alternative for business travelers like me, the speed of the front office in handling check-in must be maintained and improved

Spacious and clean rooms with bathtubs. Close to various culinary options, minimarkets, and pharmacies. Breakfast is delicious and varied. Ample parking, and roll cakes are available for souvenirs priced at around 40,000 rupiah.

During check-in, there was a miss because, in the Traveloka application, the hotel voucher had been issued 2 days before check-in.. but when I checked in, the hotel felt that they had not received it / there were no rooms booked.. after they reconfirmed with the agent, the hotel stated that they had just received the voucher from the agent.. the building and interior were like an old hotel
