We just loved it here! So many complimentaries for family of 4 with kids under 16. Got a sofabed which can fit 2 kids. Great rooms, and bathroom is luxurious. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Best service in tangerang area. Nice pool and poolbar. Delicious and various food made me happy. Got hightea as compliments in the premiere lounge for 4, you can enjoy it while looking at city lights at night. Great gym. Access to mall. Just love this hotel!

For everything is good. When at the pool the towels ran out and were still in the laundry, there should be a solution to this problem. Then when the receptionist checked in, it said 1 room can get free parking for 1 vehicle, when the next day I asked for a stamp, it said it had changed again. 1 room 1 vehicle, please clarify so as not to confuse customers.

For everything is good. When at the pool the towels ran out and were still in the laundry, there should be a solution to this problem. Then when the receptionist checked in, it said 1 room can get free parking for 1 vehicle, when the next day I asked for a stamp, it said it had changed again. 1 room 1 vehicle, please clarify so as not to confuse customers.
