Check in really has to be at 2:00 PM, no bargaining. The towels are no longer the right color, the chairs in the room are also no longer suitable for use. There are underwear behind the wardrobe. Probably from the previous guest. Oh my. It's terrible.

The downside was that when we checked in less than 20 minutes later, we were not allowed to enter the room. There was no tolerance at all, even though we had traveled from out of town on a tiring trip.

The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, there is a refrigerator and water heater, only the evening hours are only until 9pm, if you go home later than 9pm you have to go around first and for me who doesn't understand the area I get confused and go around first, even though Jogja is At night it's really good, but the TV only has the same channels, so I never watch TV in my room. My experience during my 3 day stay there was very impressive. The price I got was really worth it.

The place is nice, clean, spacious rooms, good service. Yes, it's worth that price, it's just that the location is a bit far.

This is the first time I found a cheap hotel but worth it 🥹. The room is very clean, complete with a study table, the cupboard is as big as gaban plus the most enjoyable thing is there is a fridge 😭. Really a recommendation here, basically for a staycation in Yogya if you want a vacation!

Clean rooms. Access to the city is very fast. There is no place for drinking water. Have to look for your own bottle for drinking water. The TV also doesn't have a few local TV channels.

Requests for early check-in & check-out cannot be fulfilled. Want to ask about facilities and other things about lodging with the number in the application, it doesn't respond at all, the response is only in WA, just check the blue (read). On the phone do not pick up. Then I have to ask who else if the number is on goib. I was surprised when I first arrived because I arrived early at 9 in the morning, I thought my check in & check out request had been confirmed. You know, you have to pay 30 thousand per hour. I'd better take it out first. The prime service is really bad.

The room is really nice, only when I first entered the AC leaked but the father was very alert, the rest made it comfortable + really comfortable, not far from the city, entered the complex, really safe, the car park and motorbike were quite spacious

Bathroom water disposal is not smooth. Room window cannot be locked.

Maybe of all the inns, this one is the most comfortable in terms of room size, environmental atmosphere, and especially the service, the price is too cheap, quiet but not quiet, crowded but not disturbing, all supporting facilities function, but a little note for the owner please maintain the contents of the room at least once every 3/7 days, initially I got a downstairs room but for other reasons I asked to move, cleanliness here is the main thing, not because I'm fussy but I think this place has potential if it is managed better, especially in terms of maintenance, I recommend a refrigerator to always be opened when there are no visitors because after I saw (the intention was to put food in) the door and inside were moldy, then the bathroom needed more significant ventilation and the room was regularly exposed to the sun because I felt it was too humid. At least open every day to keep it fresh. It doesn't hurt to spend a few minutes opening & closing the window when compared to the improvement in the quality of the room. The owner will also benefit. For other cleanliness I considered changing the laundry method because something went wrong. The rest I am very happy with the service of the employees. Untuk kamar mohon di bersihkan lagi terutama lantai atas, dan mohon untuk petugas sekiranya memang tidak bisa stanbay di depan, alangkah baiknya di bagi shift saja, jadi ketika ada tamu check out pagi bisa terlayani,

Spacious parking, friendly service, spacious and clean enough rooms, only the road access is too narrow, but no problem, so far so good.

It's actually comfortable to rest because the location is quiet, but not clean. There were still used towels in the bathroom, the floor was still dusty, and there was a wrapper that hadn't been thrown away. Next time maybe the staff will be more thorough and can be improved for the cleanliness of the room.
