Boking online, sudah bayar, sudah transfer, pas nyampe, hotel bermasalah uda ga operasional, ga bisa refund, nyesek kan, hotel tipu-tipu. Waspada gaes. Pihak oyo ga tanggung jawab. APK dinonaktifkan seharusnya. Diblacklis oleh traveloka.

Saya memesan melalui aplikasi sudah di bayar dan saya ketika sudah sampai tempatnya pihak penginapan tidak mau bertanggung jawab. Katanya oyo lagi error tapi saya sudah bayar. Mereka tidak mau memberikan kamar kepada saya dengan alasan harga beda dengan yang di aplikasi, saya tunggu di tempatnya sampai setengah jam pihak penginapan tidak mau urus. Malah di suruh telpon ke oyo langsung, sedangkan saya telpon ke oyo tidak bisa untuk komplain. Jadi kamar saya tidak dapat uang pun tidak kembali. Menguntungkan buat pihak Oyo dan pihak penginapan.

The air conditioner is just above the head, and the net is leaky, the toilet is dirty, the door is hard to close, the water is dead when you want to defecate, just renovation so it's a bit noisy because of the work of the builder ... if the location is very suitable ... just walk it already found some cheap food sellers

The hotel is not ready to be rented, dust is everywhere, the elevator is dead there is construction everywhere and it makes it uncomfortable to get to the room and even dust it is recommended to be repaired first then in the rental.

1. The building is under renovation and only 5 floors (there is an elevator but it seems to be in the renovation period as well) 2. The room key cannot be locked from the inside 3. There is no mat in front of the bathroom (so I was forced to use it at that time anduk as a doormat) 4. No drinking water available 5. No toilet paper available 6. Hot water is dead 7. TV signal is lost 8. The address is not according to the map, and when I want to check in the brother doesn't answer you know, because it's from the center 9. The location is strategic, just feel there isn't any privacy, too many people hang out, even the recep's brother is also hanging out, so it's a bit reluctant to go in and out 10. Blankets and bed sheets are rude 11. No trash bin available whether it's just me or others feel this way too. But of the many lodging places I have ever tried, this is the worst. Bad ever !!!

Check-in around 10p.m., the clerk was friendly, there was a 100,000 deposit, the room was not allowed to smoke, the most disappointing was that there were no car parking facilities so I had to park at a hospital that had a parking fee of over 50,000 due to overnight. The bathroom is also a bit rundown, the towels are like old towels. Overall its too bad for.
