Service: not friendly. Facilities: wow, that's really bad. The AC wasn't cold, the floor was made of rickety wood and as the evening went on the atmosphere in the room and surroundings was different, as if the owner of the first house in 1965 had just returned from battle.🫥.

The walls have lots of stains, the carpet has lots of stains + lots of cigarette burns, the ceiling has moss, the TV is just a display, the room environment is a bit smelly, the bed sheets have dirt + smell. Highly not recommend as a stopover.

Please return my money for an immediate refund because this place is not really suitable for lodging, the place is really scary, it's like a haunted house and there is absolutely no preparation for serving guests and it really doesn't work, I checked in at 1pm and when I arrived Really sir, you said that if there is one room left that doesn't have AC and it's hot, whereas I ordered it on Traveloka, it says AC and a clean room. I hope you can get a refund as soon as possible because I really don't know what to do anymore because I'm going straight home. I'm rushing home instead of sleeping in a room that doesn't seem suitable for sleeping in. Please up this accommodation, OYO 146 Menteng Residence and its location, I'm confused because the place is really dirty.

Crazy to get a fan room, dirty room, no AC room, reason for renovation, if you're not ready, don't open this application. Poor driver, sleeping so uncomfortable. This is the first time Oyo's dp isn't worth it.
