The service is pretty good, the air conditioner is okay, it's cold, but the room doesn't match the photo, the toilet for disposal is dead, I checked in 2 people, only 1 towel was given, I was given a choice, whether there was a tv or not, I continued to choose the one but the tv couldn't turn on, request check in early but not appropriate even advised to pay extra.

Kalau menginap di sini dan order via online siapin aja deh budget tambahan. Soalnya kata pemilik/pekerja hotel ini, ada pajak daerah 10% dari harga kamarnya. Lokasi dengan pantai agak jauh. Tidak fleksibel banget. Mending cari penginapan biasa aja deh. Menurut aku kurang rekomendasi tempatnya

The rented room is not available and must be upgraded to a more expensive one, there are no towels and the bathroom door cannot be locked, it is only blocked using a barrier.

When I wanted to check-in, I was even told to pay another 150 thousand. very disappointed. does not match what is in the application. bathroom lock is broken. The mattress does not make it soft. No mineral water at a price of 350 thousand is very unsatisfactory.

The place is strategic, close to minimarkets and food courts. The position of the sea is quite far. for room facilities, toiletries are not provided. In the description it is written a non-smoking room, but why is a smoking ashtray provided in the room?

The rooms are very, very poor, narrow, do not match the room description. I regret that the intention of having a vacation is even imprisoned. Ngajuin refund but the owner is not cooperative, it is not recommended, thank you very much!
